There are two levels of sponsorship available to companies and
organisations supporting Shallow Survey 2005: gold and silver. In
addition companies can sponsor specific items at the conference.
Two gold sponsors are being sought and they will receive the highest
levels of publicity both before and during the conference.

and 100 words of copy on the back cover.

Name and logo carried on the panels flanking the screen on the
main stage, along with the organiser’s logos. The chair will name

publicity but at a lower level than gold sponsorship.

Items for direct sponsorship
A number of items to be handed out to delegates or consumed at
various times, are available for additional direct sponsorship. A challenge
with these items is finding appropriate ways to brand them with the
sponsors name and logo. This list is not exhaustive and we would
welcome your ideas. All items, except the conference satchel, will be
provided by the sponsor who will be charged a fee as well for the
publicity they generate for them.
Conference Satchel: £3,000
The cost of 350-400 satchels overprinted with the sponsors logo and
name plus the conference title and organisers names, will be
approximately £3,000. The organisers wish to work with a sponsor to
deliver a stylish satchel, which will do the job and be retained for future
use by delegates.

During the four-day conference there are numerous occasions when
drinks and cocktails are served. These can be branded for a sponsor by
giving out overprinted napkins or swizzle sticks, as well as the
sponsorship being shown in the programme booklet.
